Their mission is to make real good food easily available to people!

They are serving the Treasure Valley since 2006 (southwestern Idaho, close to Boise and neighbor cities).

All of their produce are 100% certified organic. They are fresh from local farmers and depending on the season they have the Seasonal Variety Box. They support sustainable organic farming (which we support too big time). They also get their dairy/eggs from local sources. Bottle milk, cheese, yogurt, kefir, and fresh eggs. The beef is natural grass fed. They also have local artisan food and other grocery items.

I like these guys’ story. They visited a friend’s organic farm and got the download on the purpose and the why. After the visit they became excited and subscribe to a box delivery service. They discovered how amazing for health organic food really is. After coming back from their college studies in California, they decided to open Brown Box Organics in 2006 and have delivered great quality boxes ever since.

To order is very simple and you can order whatever you want that they have. They have a big selection of certified organic produce. The Variety Box content may change depending on availability and you can preview the boxes online. Those Variety Boxes are updated weekly (Wednesdays). They base their menu on what is actually available from local farms and always work on getting their produce from as close to home as possible.

If not sure what box size is the best for your family, simply try one and you’ll see. If too small, they have bigger boxes.

With a Variety Box, delivery is free! If you order other items without a box, you need to order a minimum of $35, plus a $5 delivery fee.

They use reusable boxes that you have to return.

Since they schedule their routes as efficiently as possible so make sure you read their FAQ because they deliver only on certain days in your particular area.

You can alway cancel/skip a week.

They have a game where you can get $10 when you tell a friend and they buy a Variety Box.
